This application is made under section 110 of the Strata Schemes Management Act 2015 (NSW) for approval to install a reverse-cycle split system air conditioner. The intent of this form is to provide the Strata Committee/Owners Corporation with clear, concise information to enable timely consideration of the proposal.

2. Summary of Works Requested

Approval is sought to install a reverse-cycle split system air conditioner within the lot. The installation is intended to be low-impact, compliant with all applicable legislation, Australian Standards, and the scheme by-laws, including those relating to appearance, noise, and protection of common property.

4. Provide clear diagrams or photos showing:

• Indoor unit location (room, wall/ceiling position, clearances);
• Condenser location (balcony, wall, roof, or floor), fixing method, and service access;
• Refrigerant pipe route and any proposed trunking.

n.b. If any pipework or trunking is attached to common property, a draft by-law may be required.

5. Provide details and a diagram confirming that condensate will be managed so it does not cause nuisance, staining, or safety issues.
