Vital Strata Insurance Services Overview
- Assist with obtaining the insurances required under the current Strata Legislation and Regulations and arrange an expert insurance broker to provide appropriate advice to the Owners
- Corporation concerning its minimum Insurance requirements;
- Assist with obtaining the insurances required under the current Strata Legislation and Regulations and liaise with insurance broker to provide factual advice to the Owners Corporation concerning its minimum insurance requirements;
- Arrange insurance valuation as required
- Assist the appointed insurance broker in obtaining a minimum of 3 quotations / proposals for annual renewal of insurances
- Arrange for the appointed insurance broker to submit to the strata committee a written assessment report and a recommendation on the submitted insurance renewal proposals for annual renewal
- Arrange for insurance broker to renew the selected insurance proposal in accordance with the instructions of the owners corporation
