Passionate about delivering exceptional service, I am committed to building strong relationships and providing clear, effective solutions in any environment.

Early in my career, I developed a strong foundation in governance and compliance, which continues to shape my approach today. I currently manage a wide and varied portfolio and pride myself on delivering tailored service with precision and consistency. I am a straightforward manager with a proactive approach to the management of strata schemes in my portfolio.

I have had experience in a diverse range of strata schemes including, BMC management, commercial & Mixed-use schemes. There are few scenarios I haven’t been exposed to in the strata space. I have worked through numerous Fire Orders, Defect litigation with new developments, major remediation projects, cladding replacement through Project Intervene, NCAT proceedings, etc.

With formal education in Accounting, I have a strong appreciation for a financially well-maintained building and enjoy working with owners corporation to implement best financial practices. This includes advising on opportunities to improve the financial position of an owner’s corporation.

I have a passion in the education of owners in strata. At times stakeholders can have an inconsistent understanding of the nuisances of strata and I thoroughly enjoy working through the problems they face in a collaborative and educational manner to achieve best outcomes.

My key responsibilities include, financial management of Owners Corporations, coordinating repairs and maintenance of common property, preparing and chairing meetings owners corporation and advising on regulatory compliance.

My approach is grounded in transparency and accountability, and I draw on my in-depth knowledge of strata legislation to guide Owners Corporations through complex issues with confidence.

My goal is to support harmonious living within each community while helping to protect and enhance property value. I enjoy working closely with Strata Committees to ensure every decision is strategic, practical, and aligned with long-term goals.

Kim holds a postgraduate qualification in International Real Estate from the UK, combining strong academic knowledge with extensive hands-on experience. She began her strata career in Sydney in 2024 as a Strata Assistant, where she developed solid expertise in day-to-day building operations and administration.

In addition to her technical and operational capabilities, Kim has developed strong interpersonal skills through regularly assisting residents with enquiries, as well as liaising with contractors and strata committees. Her ability to communicate effectively and manage competing priorities allows her to contribute positively to our buildings communities.

With nearly seven years of experience in Strata Compliance Management, I have developed strong expertise in ensuring buildings meet all regulatory requirements efficiently and accurately. My career path includes a valuable year working with a reputable fire safety company, where I gained deeper insight into the operational side of the industry and a greater understanding of fire compliance processes.

In my role, I oversee all aspects of compliance, including Annual Fire Safety Statements, general fire safety and minor compliance projects, lift renewals, pool regulations, as well as cooling tower and backflow testing, ensuring deadlines are met with precision. I value clear communication, strong relationship building, and supporting both our internal team and Owners Corporations through an organised, detail-focused and personable approach. Outside of work, I enjoy exploring nature in my hometown, from forest hikes and waterfalls to time by the ocean with my three dogs.
